The website may collect your name, email address, phone number, school or group name, estimated group size, preferred dates, and the message you choose to send. Do not submit payment information or information about individual children.
How it is used
Allen's Orchard uses submitted information to answer questions, follow up about field trips, plan orchard operations, and provide requested service. The orchard does not sell submitted contact information.
Storage and access
Website inquiries are stored in the orchard's secured staff system. Access is limited to staff who need the information to respond. Records may be retained for operational history and removed when they are no longer needed.
